So, if your game description is looking right, you are planning to add not only regular NPC-s like womans on the island where do they live, but also monster girls. I guess, they should be like "alternative" if you wander around the isle and do your best not to be seen by regular habitants of the isle. But what are they gonna do? Be a coc-type npcs which can do something with you (rape/trade/etc depends on event and your stats) or they can enslave you like regular npc and you will do their task? What kind of monster girls you are going to add? Default Succubus-slime-ghost, something more exotic like halfbreeds (hybrids of woman and spider/bee, centaurs, lamias, harpies etc) or even further into the world of twisted creatures? And what kind of task they could force you to do if enslavement will be an option? They will make a drone out of you and command to gather something, apply some kind of body/mind transformation, breed with you (milk you or even lay eggs), will give you a tasks to capture more creatures into their lair? And how you can be freed from it? Or just kill you and consume your flesh if Game over is an option? Any ideas about this mechanic? Because if regular part of serving to someone with different kinks to get smomething is understandable but whats your ideas/plans on that part of the game?

All right. So the way the game mechanic right now is, it's less about avoiding being seen by the NPCs, and more about using the fact that they want to dominate/use/milk/etc. you to get what your character needs. Different NPCs have different items, and your character will need various things. HOWEVER. I'm going to add a mechanic where occasionally you may have to combat an NPC that wants to dominate you (or you could just submit, but likely get a negative outcome). In other cases, say, merchants in the city, they'll simply be shops you can interact at with currency.
As for monster girls! They are added as more of a side path, if that makes sense. I intend to build a cave and dungeon system that links different locations on the map. The Dungeons will essentially be pure combat areas where you fight NPC monster girls and essentially get a bad end if you lose. The caverns will be similar, except without the bad ends and simple negative modifiers after the fight when you lose (for instance, you might have a lowered Willpower for the rest of the day, should you lose to a monster girl with hypnosis as a kink). As for types, you'll likely see some animal-based hybrids, as well as some others that are TBD. I mostly use this mechanic so people who want to involve monster girls can adventure in the caverns and caves, but those who don't can avoid them without too much trouble.
